Dear Guillermo,

I wanted to write and express my appreciation for your professional catering of my daughter’s wedding.  Trusting a caterer from another country with different traditions and customs was difficult to get comfortable with, even with all your assurances. I am very pleased to say that you exceeded my expectations of professionalism, presentation and performance. You could not have been more gracious to my daughter when she and my late wife’s sister visited you for a tasting and view of a sample display of what the table decorations would resemble. I understand you also made several recommendations, including a different music trio that proved to be an excellent choice. On the day of the event your staff arrived on time at the reception and made sure everything was ready prior to the start of the event. My daughter and all that attended were very impressed with the presentation of the food, tables and reception area. The fact you stayed the entire event to make sure not only the food and drinks were served properly, but to make sure the change of the bands, cutting of the cake and other wedding events were done in accordance with our schedule allowed me to enjoy the reception and your excellent catered food.

I know how difficult it was for me to become comfortable with planning a wedding in Mexico and wanted to send you this letter of recommendation that you can share with other families to help assure them that they can trust you and your judgment to make sure their wedding meets their expectations.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do.

Sincerely,

Chuck Dixon

Dear Guillermo,

This recommendation letter is incredibly overdue, but I wanted to write it because, three years later, people are STILL talking about how wonderful the food and drinks were at our wedding.

Guillermo, please feel free to share this with any other couples who are thinking of using your services. They will be glad they did!

A month before the October weekend, the owner of the house where we were planning on hosting all of the events informed us that we could no longer use his house. We flew down to San Jose in a panic and started looking frantically for new venues. We toured El Encanto Inn and loved it, and they introduced us to Guillermo.

We decided to have the wedding there and have Guillermo cater it.  We also had him cater the Welcome Barbeque on a previous night. Literally weeks before the wedding, Guillermo stepped in and, in his quiet, unassuming manner, managed to pull off both events spectacularly. The food was phenomenal (in addition to being an incredible deal), his staff friendly, and the margaritas were the best I’ve had. He even helped with decorating the tables!

Guillermo and his crew never even broke a sweat!

I would highly recommend Guillermo for any occasion.

All the best,

Melissa Sachs

Hola Guillermo,

You, Hector, Fernando, Angel and Memo did an amazing job last night to make our birthday party SO special!

The food was delicious, the presentation beautiful and, best of all, you all were so kind and took good care of us!

I cannot thank you enough for everything.  All of us cannot stop talking about how wonderful you all are.  Hope to see you again soon.

Thanks again,

Nancy

Thanks SO much for our special lunch with you today.

It was perfecto!  Everything not only tasted amazing but the presentation was beautiful.  You all take such pride in what you do and it shows.  Also – what a pleasure to meet your sons and their friend.  They are such gentlemen and so handsome, may I say!
